Controlled method for safe industrial cleaning.

CRYOX complies with industrial safety standards and site procedures. Every intervention is adapted to the risks, environment and installation type, focusing on controlled execution and safety.

Technically controlled execution from analysis to restart.

STEP 1

Analysis and risk assessment

Technical assessment of the installation, contamination and working environment before starting. If necessary, a test zone is implemented to validate parameters and suitability.

STEP 2

Safety Alignment

Alignment with site procedures, LMRA and applicable safety guidelines. Risks and working conditions are evaluated and checked in advance.

STEP 3

Controlled Execution

Pressure, pellet size and parameters are adjusted to suit the installation, material and contamination. Cleaning is controlled, with minimal impact on the environment and components.

STEP 4

Restart & testing

Minimal disassembly and controlled delivery. The result is checked visually and functionally before restarting.

Safety check & monitoring

Safety is an integral part of every intervention. CRYOX works according to fixed industrial procedures and tailors every assignment to the specific risks and requirements of the installation.
  • Cleaning for your production environment

Safety procedures – Before starting, risks are evaluated and the applicable site procedures are respected. Where required, we conduct an LMRA and consult heads of maintenance and safety. Every intervention is carried out in a controlled manner, according to arrangements made in advance.

  • CO₂ monitoring and live plant operations

In dry ice cleaning, CO₂ is released by sublimation. This CO₂ is recovered from industrial processes and reused, so no additional production is required. CRYOX monitors carbon dioxide levels and takes ventilation and environmental conditions into account. In many cases, it is possible to work on active installations, as long as safety standards are complied with and technical arrangements are made.

Limited impact on production continuity.

Planning & Preparation
Every intervention is evaluated technically in advance, with a focus on risk, accessibility and timing. Targeted preparation limits the need for dismantling and ensures efficient execution within planned maintenance windows.
Operational continuity
Our approach supports a safe, controlled production restart. By working efficiently and avoiding unnecessary downtime, we contribute to optimal operational continuity.
